The product range includes hardened metal blades for plows, hard-metal blades, RACE® carbide / rubber hybrid blades, carbide tool blades. The factory’s production capacity is sufficient to meet the needs of its customers in Estonia, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and Germany. Thanks to the parent company Olofsfors AB, the products made by Grader Service OÜ also are available at road construction and maintenance sector in the USA, Canada and Russia. In addition to standard production, we can produce wear blades for all graders, snow plows and other work equipment for road and earthmoving machines according to the specific requests and needs of each customer. We mostly use Swedish boron steel as raw material for our wear blade production. After heat treatment, the hardness of the plow blade is 45… 50 HRC. Optimal hardness and impact resistance of the products ensure a long operation life. For particularly demanding customers, our product range includes hard-metal blades and carbide tool blades, which are giving a very good efficiency.
